LinkNote(이하 "앱")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 본 처리방침을 통해 수집·이용·보관·보호 방법을 안내합니다.
앱은 회원가입·로그인 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자가 앱에 입력한 인물·관계·기록 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 앱 개발자는 해당 데이터를 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
1. 수집 항목 및 이용 목적
1.1 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (외부 전송 없음)
• 인물 정보: 이름, 전화번호, 생일, 소속·조직, 태그, 메모 등 이용자가 직접 입력하거나 기기 주소록에서 선택해 가져온 항목
• 관계 정보: 인물 간 관계의 종류·방향·강도·설명
• 기록 정보: 날짜별 만남 기록 및 메모
• 앱 설정: 언어, 테마, 알림 시각, 구독 상태 캐시
이용자가 "연락처에서 가져오기"를 선택하면 앱은 기기 주소록 접근 권한을 요청하고, 이용자가 선택한 연락처의 이름과 대표 전화번호만 앱 내부 저장소로 복사합니다. 기기의 주소록 원본은 변경되지 않으며, 가져온 정보를 포함한 위 데이터는 어떠한 외부 서버로도 전송되지 않습니다.
위 정보에는 이용자 본인이 아닌 제3자(지인)의 개인정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 해당 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 이용자는 지인의 정보를 저장·이용함에 있어 관련 법령과 사회통념상 정당한 범위를 준수할 책임이 있습니다.
1.2 외부로 전송되는 정보
• 이용 통계 (Google Firebase Analytics): 화면 조회 기록, 기능 사용 이벤트, 앱 설치 식별자, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 국가·언어, 구독 여부. 인물·관계·기록의 내용은 전송되지 않으며, 등록된 인원 수와 관계 수는 개별 값이 아닌 구간값('1-5', '6-20' 등)으로만 전송됩니다.
• 오류 진단 (Sentry): 앱 충돌·오류 발생 시 오류 메시지, 스택 트레이스, 기기 모델·OS·앱 버전, 오류 직전의 앱 동작 기록. 개인 식별 정보 자동 수집은 비활성화되어 있습니다.
• 구독 결제 (RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play): 구독 상태, 영수증 유효 여부, 상품 식별자, 앱이 생성한 익명 구매자 식별자. 앱은 결제 수단 정보나 스토어 계정 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 광고 (Google AdMob): 광고 식별자(AAID/IDFA), 기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 버전, 광고 노출·클릭 기록, IP 주소 및 이로부터 Google이 추정하는 대략적 지역 정보. 앱은 단말의 위치 권한을 요청하지 않으며 GPS 등 정밀 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고는 무료 버전에서만 노출되며, 구독 시 노출되지 않습니다.
이용 목적: 서비스 제공 및 품질 개선, 오류 진단 및 서비스 안정성 확보, 구독 상태 확인 및 결제 검증, 광고 제공 및 성과 측정, 부정 이용 방지, 법령상 의무 이행.
1.3 기기 권한
• 주소록: 연락처에서 인물 가져오기 (선택)
• 알림: 기록 리마인더 (선택)
• 앱 추적(iOS ATT) 및 광고 ID: 맞춤형 광고 제공 (선택)
모든 권한은 거부할 수 있으며, 거부하더라도 해당 기능을 제외한 나머지 서비스는 정상적으로 이용할 수 있습니다. 허용한 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
2. 보유 기간 및 파기
• 기기 내 데이터(1.1항): 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하면 즉시, 앱을 삭제하면 기기 저장소에서 자동으로 파기됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 사본을 보관하지 않습니다.
• 외부 전송 정보(1.2항): 각 수탁업체가 정한 보관 기간(Firebase Analytics 기본 최대 14개월, Sentry 기본 90일 등) 동안 보유된 후 파기되며, 앱은 별도의 기간 연장 설정을 하지 않습니다. 구독 관련 정보는 구독 관계 확인에 필요한 기간 동안 각 스토어 및 RevenueCat의 정책에 따라 보유됩니다.
3. 제3자 제공
앱은 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 다음의 경우는 예외로 합니다.
• 이용자의 명시적 동의가 있는 경우
• 법령에 따라 요구되거나 수사기관의 적법한 절차에 따른 요청이 있는 경우
• 서비스 또는 이용자의 권리 보호를 위해 필요한 경우
4. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전
앱은 아래 업체에 1.2항 정보의 처리를 위탁하며, 해당 업체는 모두 미국에 서버를 두고 있어 서비스 이용 과정에서 정보가 국외로 이전됩니다. 이전은 서비스 이용 시점에 정보통신망을 통해 수시로 이루어집니다.

보유 기간은 각 업체의 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다. 1.1항의 기기 내 데이터는 위탁 및 국외 이전 대상이 아닙니다.
이용자는 개인정보의 국외 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 다만 이 경우 광고 기반 무료 이용, 구독 결제 등 관련 기능의 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 이전이 중단됩니다.
5. 안전성 확보 조치
• 인물·관계·기록 데이터를 외부 서버로 전송하지 않는 기기 내 처리(로컬 전용) 구조
• 외부 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
• 오류 진단 도구의 개인 식별 정보 자동 수집 비활성화 및 인물·관계·기록 내용 미전송
• 이용 통계 전송 시 인원 수·관계 수를 구간값으로 변환하여 개별 식별 가능성 최소화
• 개인정보 취급 권한 최소화, 정기적인 보안 업데이트 및 취약점 점검
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보의 열람·정정·삭제 및 처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, 다음의 방법으로 직접 행사할 수 있습니다.
• 열람·정정·삭제: 앱 내 인물·관계·기록 화면에서 직접 수정하거나 삭제
• 전체 삭제: 앱 삭제 (기기 내 모든 데이터가 함께 파기됩니다)
• 백업 내보내기: 더보기 → 백업에서 데이터를 파일로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 내보낸 파일에는 인물의 이름·전화번호·메모가 그대로 포함되므로 보관과 공유에 유의하시기 바랍니다.
• 그래프 공유: 관계 그래프 화면을 이미지로 만들어 기기의 공유 기능으로 내보낼 수 있습니다. 이미지에는 인물의 이름이 표시되며, 어디로 전송할지는 이용자가 선택합니다.
• 맞춤형 광고 거부: 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 초기화·삭제(Android), 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적(iOS)
• 알림 수신 거부: 앱 내 더보기 → 알림에서 끄거나 기기 알림 설정에서 차단
• 그 밖의 요청: 아래 8항의 연락처
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동은 법정대리인의 동의 없이 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 수집된 사실을 확인한 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.

10. 처리방침의 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 변경 사유와 시행일을 앱 내 공지 및 본 페이지를 통해 시행 7일 전부터 안내합니다.
본 방침은 시행일자부터 적용됩니다.
LinkNote 이용약관 시행일: 2025년 1월 15일 LinkNote에 오신 것을 환영합니다. 본 앱을 사용하기 전에 아래 이용약관을 주의 깊게 읽어주시기 바랍니다. 본 약관은 사용자와 LinkNote 간의 법적 계약을 구성합니다. 1. 서비스 설명 LinkNote는 사용자가 인간 관계를 그래프 형태로 저장하고 시각화하며 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 관계 맵핑 앱입니다. 본 앱을 사용함으로써 사용자는 본 약관과 관련 법령을 준수하는 것에 동의하게 됩니다. 1.1 이용 자격 본 앱은 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만인 경우 법정대리인의 동의 없이 본 앱을 이용할 수 없습니다. 1.2 타인의 정보 입력에 대한 책임 본 앱에 저장되는 인물·관계·기록 정보에는 사용자 본인이 아닌 제3자의 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 해당 정보는 사용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 사용자는 이를 저장·이용함에 있어 관련 법령과 사회통념상 정당한 범위를 준수할 책임이 있습니다. 2. 사용자 계정 2.1 계정 등록 향후 계정 기능이 제공될 경우, 사용자는 등록 시 정확하고 사실에 기반한 정보를 제공해야 합니다. 2.2 계정 보안 사용자는 자신의 기기 및 계정 정보에 대한 관리 책임을 가집니다. 사용자 부주의로 인한 계정 침해에 대해 LinkNote는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 3. 이용 규칙 사용자는 다음 행위를 금지합니다: • 불법적, 유해하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠의 생성·배포 • 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일, 소스코드 추출 시도, 또는 무단 접근·조작 • 서비스 안정성을 저해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식의 이용 4. 지적 재산권 LinkNote는 앱 및 관련 콘텐츠(소스코드, UI 디자인, 이미지, 문구 등)에 대한 모든 권리를 보유합니다. 당사의 허락 없이 복제, 수정, 배포하는 행위는 금지됩니다. 5. 책임의 제한 LinkNote에서 생성·저장되는 모든 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내에 로컬로 보관됩니다. 따라서 사용자가 기기 저장소를 삭제하거나(OS 정리 기능 포함), 앱을 삭제하거나, 기기 오류가 발생하는 등 사용자 또는 기기 환경에 의해 데이터가 소실되는 경우, 그 책임은 전적으로 사용자에게 있습니다. LinkNote는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하지만, 불가항력 또는 통제할 수 없는 외부 요인으로 인한 데이터 손실 및 서비스 중단에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 6. 약관 변경 운영상 또는 법적 사유로 본 약관이 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 내 고지 또는 적절한 수단을 통해 안내하며, 이후 서비스 이용은 변경된 약관에 대한 동의로 간주됩니다. 7. 구독 서비스 구독 유형: 자동 갱신 구독 구독 상품: "LinkNote Premium – 월간 자동 갱신", "LinkNote Premium – 연간 자동 갱신" 구독 혜택: 광고 제거, 단체·속성 필터, 사용자 정의 필드, 메모 무제한, 관계 거리(촌수) 시각화 등 구독 가격: 앱 및 App Store 구매 화면에 표시됩니다. 구독 취소: iPhone 설정 → Apple ID → 구독 → "LinkNote Premium"에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 갱신 최소 24시간 전까지 취소하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 결제는 각 구독 기간 종료 24시간 전에 App Store 계정(Apple ID)을 통해 자동 부과됩니다. 8. 문의처 이용약관 또는 서비스 이용 관련 문의는 아래로 연락해 주세요: 개발자: 박정빈 이메일: companyjeong25@gmail.com
LinkNote Privacy Policy
Effective Date: Aug 10, 2026 (Previous version effective Jan 15, 2025)
LinkNote (the "App") protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
The App provides no sign-up or login. The people, relationships, and log entries you enter are stored only on your device; the developer can neither access nor retain them.
1. Information Collected and Purpose of Use
1.1 Information Stored Only on Your Device (never transmitted)
• People: names, phone numbers, birthdays, organizations, tags, and notes that you enter directly or import from your device's address book
• Relationships: type, direction, strength, and description of each connection
• Logs: dated records of encounters and accompanying notes
• App settings: language, theme, reminder time, cached subscription status
When you choose "Import from Contacts," the App requests address book permission and copies only the name and primary phone number of the contacts you select into the App's local storage. Your device's address book is never modified, and none of the data above — including imported contacts — is sent to any external server.
This data may include personal information about third parties (your acquaintances). Such information is processed solely on your device, and you are responsible for storing and using it within the bounds of applicable law and reasonable expectations.
1.2 Information Transmitted Externally
• Usage analytics (Google Firebase Analytics): screen views, feature-usage events, app instance identifier, device model, OS version, app version, country and language, subscription status. The contents of people, relationships, and logs are never transmitted; the number of people and relationships is sent only as a bucketed range ("1-5", "6-20", etc.), never as an exact value.
• Error diagnostics (Sentry): on crash or error, the error message, stack trace, device model, OS and app version, and a breadcrumb trail of preceding app activity. Automatic collection of personally identifying information is disabled.
• Subscription billing (RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play): subscription status, receipt validity, product identifier, and an anonymous purchaser identifier generated by the App. The App has no access to payment methods or store account credentials.
• Advertising (Google AdMob): advertising identifier (AAID/IDFA), device model, OS and app version, ad impression and click records, IP address and the approximate region Google infers from it. The App does not request device location permission and does not collect precise location data such as GPS. Ads appear only in the free version and are not shown to subscribers.
Purposes of use: providing and improving the service, diagnosing errors and ensuring stability, verifying subscription status and validating receipts, delivering and measuring advertising, preventing fraudulent use, and complying with legal obligations.
1.3 Device Permissions
• Contacts: importing people from your address book (optional)
• Notifications: log reminders (optional)
• App tracking (iOS ATT) and advertising ID: personalized advertising (optional)
Every permission may be declined; the rest of the service works normally without it. Granted permissions can be withdrawn at any time in your device settings.
2. Retention and Destruction
• On-device data (Section 1.1): destroyed immediately when you delete it in the App, and automatically when the App is uninstalled. The developer keeps no separate copy.
• Externally transmitted data (Section 1.2): retained for the period set by each processor (Firebase Analytics up to 14 months by default, Sentry 90 days by default) and then destroyed; the App does not extend these periods. Subscription information is retained by the respective stores and RevenueCat for as long as needed to verify the subscription relationship.
3. Provision to Third Parties
The App does not sell or provide personal information to third parties, except:
• With your explicit consent
• Where required by law or pursuant to a lawful request from an investigative authority
• Where necessary to protect the service or the rights of its users
4. Processing Outsourcing and International Transfer
The App outsources the processing of the information in Section 1.2 to the providers below. All of them operate servers in the United States, so this information is transferred abroad as you use the service; transfers occur on an ongoing basis over the network at the time of use.
• Google LLC (USA) — Firebase Analytics: usage analytics
• Google LLC (USA) — AdMob: ad delivery and performance measurement
• Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry, USA) — crash and error diagnostics
• RevenueCat, Inc. (USA) — subscription management and receipt validation
• Apple Inc. / Google LLC (USA) — in-app purchase processing and receipt validation
Retention periods follow each provider's privacy policy. The on-device data in Section 1.1 is not subject to outsourcing or international transfer.
You may refuse the international transfer of your personal information. In that case, features that depend on it — ad-supported free use and subscription billing — may be unavailable; uninstalling the App stops all transfers.
5. Security Measures
• Local-only architecture: people, relationship, and log data are never sent to an external server
• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Automatic PII collection disabled in the error-diagnostics tool; contents of people, relationships, and logs are never transmitted
• Counts of people and relationships bucketed into ranges before analytics transmission to minimize re-identification risk
• Minimization of access privileges, regular security updates, and vulnerability review
6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information at any time, and may do so directly:
• Access, correct, delete: edit or delete entries on the people, relationship, and log screens in the App
• Delete everything: uninstall the App (all on-device data is destroyed with it)
• Export a backup: More → Backup exports your data to a file. The exported file contains names, phone numbers, and notes in readable form, so store and share it with care.
• Share your graph: the relationship graph screen can be rendered as an image and sent through your device's share sheet. The image shows the names of the people in it, and you choose where it is sent.
• Opt out of personalized ads: reset or delete your advertising ID (Android), or Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (iOS)
• Turn off notifications: More → Notifications in the App, or your device notification settings
• Any other request: the contact in Section 8
7. Children Under 14
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Children under 14 may not use the App without the consent of a legal guardian. If we learn that personal information of a child under 14 has been collected, we destroy it without delay.

If this policy changes, the reason for the change and its effective date will be announced in the App and on this page at least 7 days in advance.

Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the app. This agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and LinkNote. 1. Service Description LinkNote is a personal relationship-mapping application that allows users to create, view, and manage human relationship graphs. By using this app, you agree to comply with this agreement and all relevant laws and regulations. 1.1 Eligibility This app is intended for users aged 14 and over. If you are under 14, you may not use this app without the consent of a legal guardian. 1.2 Responsibility for Information About Others The people, relationship, and log entries stored in this app may include information about third parties rather than yourself. Such information is processed solely on your device, and you are responsible for storing and using it within the bounds of applicable law and reasonable expectations. 2. User Account 2.1 Account Registration If account-based features are provided in the future, you must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. 2.2 Account Security You are responsible for managing and safeguarding your device and any account credentials used with LinkNote. LinkNote is not liable for breaches caused by user negligence. 3. Usage Rules Users are prohibited from: • Uploading, creating, or distributing illegal, harmful, or infringing content; • Reverse engineering, decompiling, extracting source code, or attempting unauthorized access or manipulation of the app; • Using the app in ways that may impair service stability or violate applicable laws. 4. Intellectual Property LinkNote owns all rights to the app and its related content, including software code, UI design, illustrations, and written materials. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited. 5. Limitation of Liability LinkNote stores all user-created data locally on the user's device. Therefore, any loss of data resulting from device storage deletion (including OS-level cleanup), app deletion, device malfunction, or any user action is entirely the responsibility of the user. While LinkNote strives to maintain a stable and reliable service, we are not liable for data loss or service interruption caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control. 6. Agreement Modifications We may modify these terms at any time for operational or legal reasons. If changes occur, we will notify users through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. Continued use of LinkNote constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 7. Subscriptions Subscription Type: Auto-renewable subscription; Subscription Plans: "LinkNote Premium – Monthly Auto-Renewal", "LinkNote Premium – Annual Auto-Renewal"; Subscription Benefits: Ad-free use, group/attribute filters, custom fields, unlimited notes, relationship-distance (degree) visualization. Subscription Price: Displayed within the app and App Store purchase sheet. Cancel Subscription: Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Select "LinkNote Premium" to cancel. If not canceled at least 24 hours before renewal, it will automatically renew. The Apple ID associated with your App Store account will be charged within 24 hours before each billing period ends. 8. LinkNote プライバシーポリシー 施行日: 2026年8月10日（旧ポリシー施行日: 2025年1月15日） LinkNote（以下「本アプリ」）は、韓国「個人情報保護法」をはじめとする関連法令に従って利用者の個人情報を保護します。本ポリシーでは、個人情報の収集・利用・保管・保護の方法についてご説明します。 本アプリには会員登録およびログイン機能はありません。利用者が本アプリに入力した人物・関係・記録データは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、アプリ開発者がこれを閲覧または保管することはありません。 1. 収集する項目と利用目的 1.1 端末内にのみ保存される情報（外部送信なし） • 人物情報: 氏名、電話番号、誕生日、所属・組織、タグ、メモなど、利用者が直接入力するか端末の連絡先から選択して取り込んだ項目 • 関係情報: 人物間の関係の種類・方向・強さ・説明 • 記録情報: 日付ごとの交流記録およびメモ • アプリ設定: 言語、テーマ、通知時刻、サブスクリプション状態のキャッシュ 利用者が「連絡先から取り込む」を選択すると、本アプリは端末の連絡先へのアクセス許可を求め、利用者が選択した連絡先の氏名と代表電話番号のみをアプリ内部のストレージにコピーします。端末の連絡先そのものが変更されることはなく、取り込んだ情報を含む上記データはいかなる外部サーバーにも送信されません。 上記の情報には、利用者本人ではない第三者（知人）の個人情報が含まれる場合があります。当該情報は利用者の端末内でのみ処理され、利用者は知人の情報を保存・利用するにあたり、関連法令および社会通念上正当な範囲を遵守する責任を負います。 1.2 外部に送信される情報 • 利用統計（Google Firebase Analytics）: 画面表示履歴、機能利用イベント、アプリインストール識別子、端末モデル、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン、国・言語、サブスクリプションの有無。人物・関係・記録の内容が送信されることはなく、登録人数および関係数は個別の値ではなく区間値（「1-5」「6-20」など）としてのみ送信されます。 • エラー診断（Sentry）: アプリのクラッシュ・エラー発生時のエラーメッセージ、スタックトレース、端末モデル・OS・アプリバージョン、エラー直前のアプリ動作履歴。個人識別情報の自動収集は無効化されています。 • サブスクリプション決済（RevenueCat、Apple App Store、Google Play）: サブスクリプション状態、レシートの有効性、商品識別子、本アプリが生成する匿名の購入者識別子。本アプリが決済手段情報やストアアカウント情報にアクセスすることはありません。 • 広告（Google AdMob）: 広告識別子（AAID/IDFA）、端末モデル・OSバージョン・アプリバージョン、広告の表示・クリック履歴、IPアドレスおよびそれをもとにGoogleが推定する大まかな地域情報。本アプリは端末の位置情報の許可を求めず、GPSなどの精密な位置情報を収集しません。広告は無料版でのみ表示され、サブスクリプション加入時には表示されません。 利用目的: サービスの提供および品質改善、エラー診断およびサービスの安定性確保、サブスクリプション状態の確認および決済検証、広告の提供および効果測定、不正利用の防止、法令上の義務の履行。 1.3 端末の権限 • 連絡先: 連絡先からの人物の取り込み（任意） • 通知: 記録のリマインダー（任意） • アプリのトラッキング（iOS ATT）および広告ID: パーソナライズ広告の提供（任意） すべての権限は拒否することができ、拒否した場合も該当機能を除くその他のサービスは通常どおりご利用いただけます。許可した権限は端末の設定からいつでも取り消すことができます。 2. 保有期間および破棄 • 端末内データ（1.1項）: 利用者がアプリ内で削除した時点で直ちに、アプリを削除した場合は端末のストレージから自動的に破棄されます。開発者が別途の複製を保管することはありません。 • 外部送信情報（1.2項）: 各委託先が定める保管期間（Firebase Analytics は既定で最長14か月、Sentry は既定で90日など）の経過後に破棄され、本アプリが期間の延長設定を行うことはありません。サブスクリプション関連情報は、契約関係の確認に必要な期間、各ストアおよび RevenueCat のポリシーに従って保有されます。 3. 第三者提供 本アプリは個人情報を第三者に販売または提供しません。ただし、次の場合は例外とします。 • 利用者の明示的な同意がある場合 • 法令に基づき要求される場合、または捜査機関から適法な手続きによる要請があった場合 • サービスまたは利用者の権利を保護するために必要な場合 4. 処理の委託および国外移転 本アプリは、1.2項の情報の処理を以下の事業者に委託しています。いずれも米国にサーバーを置いているため、サービスのご利用に伴い当該情報は国外へ移転されます。移転は、サービス利用時に情報通信網を通じて随時行われます。 • Google LLC（米国）— Firebase Analytics: 利用統計の分析 • Google LLC（米国）— AdMob: 広告の配信および効果測定 • Functional Software, Inc.（Sentry、米国）— クラッシュ・エラー診断 • RevenueCat, Inc.（米国）— サブスクリプション管理およびレシート検証 • Apple Inc. / Google LLC（米国）— アプリ内課金の処理およびレシート検証 保有期間は各事業者のプライバシーポリシーに従います。1.1項の端末内データは、委託および国外移転の対象ではありません。 利用者は個人情報の国外移転を拒否することができます。ただしその場合、広告付きの無料利用やサブスクリプション決済など関連機能のご利用が制限されることがあります。アプリを削除すると移転は停止されます。 5. 安全性確保のための措置 • 人物・関係・記録データを外部サーバーへ送信しない端末内処理（ローカル専用）構造 • 外部送信区間の暗号化（HTTPS/TLS） • エラー診断ツールにおける個人識別情報の自動収集の無効化、および人物・関係・記録の内容の非送信 • 利用統計の送信時に人数・関係数を区間値へ変換し、個別の識別可能性を最小化 • 個人情報の取扱権限の最小化、定期的なセキュリティ更新および脆弱性点検 6. 利用者の権利と行使方法 利用者はいつでも個人情報の開示・訂正・削除および処理の停止を請求することができ、次の方法でご自身で行使いただけます。 • 開示・訂正・削除: アプリ内の人物・関係・記録の画面で直接編集または削除 • すべて削除: アプリの削除（端末内のすべてのデータが併せて破棄されます） • バックアップの書き出し: 「その他 → バックアップ」からデータをファイルとして書き出せます。書き出したファイルには人物の氏名・電話番号・メモがそのまま含まれるため、保管および共有にはご注意ください。 • グラフの共有: 関係グラフの画面を画像として端末の共有機能から送信できます。画像には人物の氏名が表示され、送信先は利用者が選択します。 • パーソナライズ広告の拒否: 端末の設定から広告IDのリセット・削除（Android）、設定 →「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」（iOS） • 通知の停止: アプリ内の「その他 → 通知」でオフにするか、端末の通知設定で遮断 • その他のご請求: 下記8項の連絡先 7. 14歳未満の児童について 本アプリは14歳未満の児童を対象としておらず、14歳未満の児童の個人情報を認識したうえで収集することはありません。14歳未満の児童は、法定代理人の同意なく本アプリを利用することはできません。14歳未満の児童の個人情報が収集された事実を確認した場合、遅滞なく破棄します。 8. 個人情報保護責任者および問い合わせ先 個人情報保護責任者: パク・ジョンビン（開発者） メール: companyjeong25@gmail.com 個人情報に関するお問い合わせ、苦情の処理、被害の救済は上記メールアドレスへご請求いただけます。受付後、遅滞なく回答いたします。 9. 権利侵害の救済方法（韓国） 個人情報の侵害に関する相談・紛争調停が必要な場合は、以下の機関にお問い合わせいただけます。 • 個人情報紛争調停委員会: 1833-6972 / www.kopico.go.kr • 個人情報侵害申告センター: 118 / privacy.kisa.or.kr • 大検察庁サイバー捜査課: 1301 / www.spo.go.kr • 警察庁サイバー犯罪申告システム: 182 / ecrm.police.go.kr 10. 本ポリシーの変更 本ポリシーを変更する場合は、変更の理由と施行日を、施行の7日前からアプリ内の告知および本ページにてご案内します。 本ポリシーは施行日から適用されます。
LinkNote 利用規約 施行日: 2025年1月15日 LinkNote へようこそ。本アプリをご利用になる前に、以下の利用規約をよくお読みください。本規約は、利用者と LinkNote との間の法的な契約を構成します。 1. サービスの説明 LinkNote は、利用者が人間関係をグラフの形で保存し、可視化し、管理できるようにするリレーションシップ・マッピングアプリです。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者は本規約および関連法令を遵守することに同意したものとみなされます。 1.1 利用資格 本アプリは14歳以上の方を対象としています。14歳未満の場合、法定代理人の同意なく本アプリを利用することはできません。 1.2 他者の情報の入力に関する責任 本アプリに保存される人物・関係・記録の情報には、利用者本人ではない第三者の情報が含まれる場合があります。当該情報は利用者の端末内でのみ処理され、利用者はこれを保存・利用するにあたり、関連法令および社会通念上正当な範囲を遵守する責任を負います。 2. 利用者アカウント 2.1 アカウント登録 将来的にアカウント機能が提供される場合、利用者は登録時に正確かつ真実の情報を提供しなければなりません。 2.2 アカウントの安全管理 利用者は、自身の端末およびアカウント情報の管理について責任を負います。利用者の不注意に起因するアカウントの侵害について、LinkNote は責任を負いません。 3. 利用ルール 利用者は次の行為を行ってはなりません。 • 違法・有害な、または他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの作成・配布 • 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコードの抽出の試み、または無断でのアクセス・改変 • サービスの安定性を損なう方法、または関連法令に違反する方法での利用 4. 知的財産権 LinkNote は、本アプリおよび関連コンテンツ（ソースコード、UIデザイン、画像、文言など）に関するすべての権利を保有します。当社の許可なく複製、改変、配布する行為は禁止されています。 5. 責任の制限 LinkNote で作成・保存されるすべてのデータは、利用者の端末内にローカルで保管されます。したがって、利用者が端末のストレージを削除した場合（OSの整理機能による場合を含む）、アプリを削除した場合、端末の不具合が発生した場合など、利用者または端末環境に起因してデータが失われた場合、その責任はすべて利用者に帰属します。LinkNote は安定したサービスの提供に努めますが、不可抗力または制御できない外部要因によるデータの損失およびサービスの中断については責任を負いません。 6. 規約の変更 運営上または法的な事由により本規約が変更されることがあります。変更の際はアプリ内の告知その他適切な手段によりご案内し、その後のサービスのご利用をもって、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。 7. サブスクリプションサービス サブスクリプションの種類: 自動更新サブスクリプション 対象商品: 「LinkNote Premium – 月額自動更新」「LinkNote Premium – 年額自動更新」 特典: 広告の非表示、グループ・属性フィルター、カスタムフィールド、メモ無制限、関係の距離（親等）の可視化など 価格: アプリおよび App Store の購入画面に表示されます。 解約: iPhone の「設定」→ Apple ID →「サブスクリプション」→「LinkNote Premium」から解約できます。更新の24時間前までに解約されない場合、自動的に更新されます。 料金は、各サブスクリプション期間終了の24時間前に App Store アカウント（Apple ID）を通じて自動的に請求されます。 8. お問い合わせ 本規約またはサービスのご利用に関するお問い合わせは、以下までご連絡ください。 開発者: パク・ジョンビン メール: companyjeong25@gmail.com
