Vol. 개인정보 처리방침 시행일자: 2026년 5월 12일 Vol.(이하 "앱")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하며, 본 처리방침을 통해 수집·이용·보관·보호 방법을 안내합니다. 1. 수집 항목 및 이용 목적 앱은 서비스 제공을 위해 다음의 정보를 수집·이용합니다. • 계정 정보: 이메일, 사용자 식별자(Apple(iOS) 또는 Google(Android) 로그인 시 제공) • 서비스 이용 정보: 책장 도서 목록, 읽기 상태, 별점, 시작일·완료일, 사용자 정의 카테고리, 인용구·메모, 건의 내용 • 결제 관련 정보: 구독 상태, 영수증/거래 ID, 구매 상품 식별자(Apple/Google 스토어가 제공) • 자동 수집 정보: 기기 모델, OS, 앱 버전, 화면 이용 기록, 충돌 로그 이용 목적은 계정 인증, 독서 기록·라이브러리 기능 제공, 구독 상태 확인 및 결제 검증, 서비스 개선, 부정 이용 방지에 한합니다. 신용카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 Apple App Store 및 Google Play가 직접 처리하며, 앱은 해당 정보에 접근하지 않습니다. 앱은 광고 식별자와 정밀 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 2. 보유 및 파기 이용자의 정보는 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보유하며, 탈퇴 시 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다. 3. 제3자 제공 앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자의 사전 동의가 있거나 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우는 예외입니다. 4. 처리위탁 및 국외 이전 앱은 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁하며, 모두 해외(미국)에 서버를 두고 있어 서비스 제공 과정에서 1항의 정보가 해외로 이전됩니다. 보유 기간은 각 업체의 처리방침에 따릅니다. • Supabase: 계정 및 서비스 데이터 저장·관리, 인앱 구매 영수증 검증 • Apple: Apple 로그인 인증, App Store 인앱 구매 처리 및 영수증 검증 • Google: Google 로그인 인증, Google Play 인앱 구매 처리 및 영수증 검증 • Google Firebase: 이용 통계 분석 • Sentry: 충돌·오류 진단 5. 안전성 확보 조치 • 개인정보 접근 권한 최소화 • 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) • Supabase Row Level Security를 통한 사용자별 데이터 접근 제한 6. 이용자의 권리 이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제 및 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 "더보기 → 회원탈퇴"를 통해 계정과 이용 정보 일체를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 7. 개인정보 보호책임자 이메일: companyjeong25@gmail.com 8. 변경 고지 본 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행일과 변경 사유를 앱 내에 사전 공지합니다. 본 방침은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다.
Vol. 이용약관 시행일자: 2026년 5월 12일 본 약관은 Vol. 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 서비스(이하 "앱")의 이용에 관하여 앱과 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다. 제1조 (정의) 1. "앱"이란 Vol. 모바일 애플리케이션 및 관련 온라인 서비스를 말합니다. 2. "회원"이란 Apple 또는 Google 소셜 로그인을 통해 서비스에 로그인하여 이를 이용하는 이용자를 말합니다. 3. "이용자 콘텐츠"란 별점, 인용구, 메모, 사용자 정의 카테고리, 건의 내용 등 회원이 입력한 일체의 정보를 말합니다. 제2조 (약관의 효력) 본 약관은 앱 내에 게시되고 이용자가 이에 동의함으로써 효력이 발생합니다. 약관에 동의하지 않는 이용자는 서비스 이용을 중단하고 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다. 제3조 (회원 가입 및 탈퇴) 1. 회원 가입은 Apple(iOS) 또는 Google(Android) 소셜 로그인을 통해 완료됩니다. 2. 회원은 앱 내 "더보기 → 회원탈퇴"를 통해 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 경우를 제외하고 회원 정보와 이용자 콘텐츠는 삭제됩니다. 3. 회원은 본인의 Apple 또는 Google 계정 인증 정보를 직접 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 제4조 (서비스의 범위) 1. 앱은 다음의 기본 기능을 제공합니다: 도서 검색 및 큐레이션, 책장 관리, 별점 및 독서 기록, 인용구 작성 및 이미지 공유, 독서 통계. 2. 도서 정보는 알라딘 Open API 등 외부 제공처의 데이터를 기반으로 표시되며, 정보의 정확성과 최신성은 해당 제공처의 정책을 따릅니다. 3. 앱은 제5조에서 정하는 바에 따라 일부 기능을 유료 구독(인앱 결제)으로 제공할 수 있습니다. 제5조 (유료 구독 및 결제) 1. 앱은 다음의 자동 갱신 구독을 제공합니다. • 월간 구독: USD 2.99 / 월 • 연간 구독: USD 19.99 / 년 표시되는 통화 및 금액은 국가 및 스토어의 가격 정책에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 2. 결제는 회원의 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play 계정으로 청구됩니다. 3. 구독은 현재 결제 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 자동 갱신을 해지하지 않는 한 동일한 가격과 주기로 자동 갱신됩니다. 4. 구독의 결제, 갱신, 기간, 해지에 관한 모든 사항은 전적으로 Apple App Store 및 Google Play가 관리합니다. 앱은 구독의 활성화 여부를 판단하기 위해 스토어가 발행한 영수증을 검증할 뿐입니다. 따라서 구독 해지는 다음 경로를 통해 해당 스토어에서 직접 진행해야 합니다. • iOS: 설정 → Apple ID → 구독 • Android: Google Play 앱 → 프로필 → 결제 및 구독 → 구독 5. 환불은 Apple App Store 및 Google Play의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 6. 앱 내 계정을 삭제하더라도 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에 등록된 구독은 자동으로 해지되지 않습니다. 회원이 스토어에서 별도로 구독을 해지하지 않으면 요금이 계속 청구될 수 있습니다. 회원은 계정 삭제 전 스토어에서 구독 상태를 반드시 확인해야 합니다. 7. 회원이 계정 삭제 후 동일한 Apple ID 또는 Google 계정으로 다시 로그인하는 경우, 구독 권한은 앱 내 계정이 아닌 스토어 계정의 영수증을 기준으로 판단되므로, 해당 스토어 계정에 활성화된 구독이 남아 있는 기간 동안 유료 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다. 8. 대한민국 거주 회원의 경우, 결제 즉시 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 청약철회권은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다. 다만 회원이 콘텐츠를 사용하지 않았거나 그 밖의 법정 사유가 적용되는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다. 9. 구독 조건(가격, 갱신 주기, 포함 기능)이 변경되는 경우, 앱은 시행일 전에 앱 내에서 사전 고지합니다. 제6조 (이용자 콘텐츠) 1. 이용자 콘텐츠에 대한 권리와 책임은 해당 회원에게 있습니다. 2. 회원은 도서 인용구를 입력하거나 공유할 때 「저작권법」 제28조(공표된 저작물의 인용) 및 거주 지역의 동등한 법령상 공정 인용 규정을 준수해야 합니다. 이를 위반하여 발생하는 분쟁에 대한 책임은 회원에게 있습니다. 제7조 (금지 행위) 회원은 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다. • 법령 또는 공공질서에 위반되는 행위 • 지식재산권 또는 개인정보 등 타인의 권리를 침해하는 행위 • 과도한 자동화 요청 등 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위 • 외부 데이터 제공처의 정책에 위반하여 도서 데이터를 수집하거나 이용하는 행위 위와 같은 위반이 확인되는 경우, 앱은 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 해지할 수 있습니다. 제8조 (책임의 제한) 1. 앱은 외부 API(예: 알라딘, Supabase)의 장애 또는 데이터 오류로 인한 손해에 대하여, 앱이 해당 데이터를 합리적인 방식으로 표시한 한 책임을 지지 않습니다. 2. 앱은 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 경우를 제외하고 간접 손해에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다. 제9조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단) 앱은 시스템 점검 또는 외부 API 장애 등의 사유로 서비스를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다. 제10조 (약관의 개정) 앱은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 개정 시 시행일과 개정 사유를 앱 내에 사전 공지합니다. 제11조 (준거법 및 관할) 앱과 이용자 간의 분쟁은 우선 상호 협의를 통해 해결합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않는 경우 대한민국 법령을 준거법으로 하며, 관할은 「민사소송법」에 따라 정합니다. 문의: companyjeong25@gmail.com 본 약관은 시행일로부터 적용됩니다.
Vol. Privacy Policy Effective Date: May 12, 2026 Vol. (the "App") protects users' personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. 1. Information Collected and Purpose of Use The App collects and uses the following information to provide the Service: • Account information: email and user identifier (provided via Apple Sign-In on iOS or Google Sign-In on Android) • Service usage information: library entries, reading status, ratings, start/completion dates, user-defined categories, quotes and notes, feedback messages • Purchase-related information: subscription status, receipt/transaction IDs, and product identifiers provided by the Apple App Store and Google Play • Automatically collected information: device model, OS, app version, screen-view logs, crash logs Information is used solely for account authentication, providing reading-record and library features, subscription status verification and receipt validation, service improvement, and prevention of fraudulent use. Payment-method information such as credit card numbers is processed directly by the Apple App Store and Google Play; the App has no access to such information. The App does not collect advertising identifiers or precise location data. 2. Retention and Destruction User information is retained until account deletion. Upon deletion, the App promptly destroys the information except where retention is required by law. Electronic files are deleted using methods that prevent recovery. 3. Provision to Third Parties The App does not sell or provide users' personal information to third parties, except with the user's prior consent or where required by law. 4. Processing Outsourcing and International Transfer The App outsources personal information processing to the following providers, all of which operate servers overseas (United States). As a result, the information listed in Section 1 is transferred abroad during service provision. Retention periods follow each provider's privacy policy. • Supabase: storage and management of account and service data, in-app purchase receipt validation • Apple: Apple Sign-In authentication, App Store in-app purchase processing and receipt validation • Google: Google Sign-In authentication, Google Play in-app purchase processing and receipt validation • Google Firebase: usage analytics • Sentry: crash and error diagnostics 5. Security Measures • Minimization of access to personal information • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS) • Per-user data access restrictions via Supabase Row Level Security 6. Rights of Users Users may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time. Account and all associated usage data may be deleted through the in-app "More → Delete Account" feature. 7. Data Protection Officer Email: companyjeong25@gmail.com 8. Changes to this Policy If this Policy is amended, the effective date and reason for amendment will be announced in advance within the App. This Policy is effective as of the date stated above.
Terms of Service for Vol. Effective Date: May 12, 2026 These Terms govern the use of the Vol. mobile application and related services (the "App") and set forth the rights and obligations between the App and its users. Article 1 (Definitions) 1. "App" means the Vol. mobile application and related online services. 2. "Member" means a user who logs in and uses the Service through Apple authentication. 3. "User Content" means any information entered by a Member, including ratings, quotes, notes, user-defined categories, and feedback messages. Article 2 (Effectiveness) These Terms become effective when presented within the App and agreed to by the user. Users who do not agree may discontinue use and request account deletion. Article 3 (Membership and Withdrawal) 1. Registration is completed through Apple social login. 2. Members may delete their accounts at any time through the in-app "More → Delete Account" feature. Upon deletion, member information and User Content will be deleted except where retention is required by law. 3. Members are responsible for managing their Apple account credentials. Article 4 (Scope of the Service) 1. The App provides the following baseline features: book search and curation, library management, ratings and reading records, quote authoring and image sharing, and reading statistics. 2. Book information is displayed based on data provided by external sources such as the Aladin Open API. Accuracy and timeliness are governed by the respective provider's policies. 3. The App may offer certain features through paid subscriptions (in-app purchases), as further described in Article 5. Article 5 (Paid Subscriptions and Billing) 1. The App offers the following auto-renewing subscriptions: • Monthly subscription: USD 2.99 / month • Annual subscription: USD 19.99 / year Displayed currencies and amounts may vary by country and store pricing policy. 2. Payments are charged to the Member's Apple App Store or Google Play account. 3. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and interval unless auto-renewal is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. 4. All billing, renewal, duration, and cancellation of subscriptions are managed exclusively by the Apple App Store and Google Play. The App only validates store-issued receipts to determine whether a subscription is active. Accordingly, subscriptions must be cancelled directly through the relevant store via the following paths: • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions • Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions 5. Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. 6. Deleting the in-app account does not automatically cancel any subscription registered with the Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless the Member separately cancels the subscription in the store, charges may continue. Members should verify their subscription status in the store before deleting the account. 7. If a Member signs back in using the same Apple ID or Google account after account deletion, they may continue to use paid features for the remaining duration of any active subscription registered with that store account, because subscription entitlement is based on the store-account receipt rather than the in-app account. 8. For Korean residents, the right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately upon payment may be restricted under Article 17(2)5 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, except where the Member has not used the content or other statutory grounds apply. 9. If subscription terms (price, renewal interval, included features) change, the App will provide advance notice within the App before the effective date. Article 6 (User Content) 1. Rights and responsibilities for User Content belong to the relevant Member. 2. When entering or sharing book quotes, Members must comply with the fair-quotation provisions of the Korean Copyright Act (Article 28) and equivalent laws of their jurisdiction. Members are responsible for any disputes arising from violations. Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct) Members shall not engage in any of the following: • Acts that violate laws or public order • Acts that infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or personal data • Excessive automated requests or acts that interfere with service operation • Collection or use of book data in violation of external data providers' policies If such violations are confirmed, the App may restrict service use or terminate membership. Article 8 (Limitation of Liability) 1. The App is not liable for damages caused by failures or data errors of external APIs (e.g., Aladin, Supabase), provided that the App displays such data in a reasonable manner. 2. The App is not liable for indirect damages unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Article 9 (Service Changes and Suspension) The App may temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance or external API failures. Article 10 (Amendments) The App may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws. The effective date and reason for amendment will be announced in advance within the App. Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) Disputes between the App and users shall first be resolved through mutual consultation. If unresolved, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern, and jurisdiction shall be determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
