These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Headache Diary. 1. Service Description Headache Diary is a logging application that helps users quickly record when a headache started, how long it lasted, its intensity and location, and whether medication was taken, then review those records on a calendar or export them to a file. By using this application, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws. 2. Medical Disclaimer (Important) 2.1 Headache Diary is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. 2.2 The records, statistics, and advisory notices shown by the App (for example, guidance on how frequently pain medication has been taken) are reference material that simply organizes what the user entered. They are not medical opinions. 2.3 Users must not rely on the App to determine the cause of a headache, adjust medication use, or decide on a course of treatment. Such decisions must follow the examination and judgment of a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. 2.4 A sudden and severe headache, a headache unlike previous ones, or a headache accompanied by neurological symptoms may indicate an emergency. In such cases, seeking immediate medical attention takes priority over recording in the App. 2.5 The developer bears no medical responsibility for any decision a user makes based on the App's records or statistics, or for the consequences of such a decision. 3.
